Merry Xmas everybody! Greetings from a very snowy Öland!
This morning Kai and I had to be dug out of a snowdrift by a tractor. It sounds a lot more dramatic than it was. A lady who was driving around as a home help had got snowed in before we arrived and she'd already called The Man With The Snow Clearing Tractor. When they saw us, I bet the locals were thinking: Bloody tourists sholdn't come in the winter!
Traffic conditions are dreadful! Only fools and reindeer are out on the roads.
