The new Boring Bedtime Project to get Kai off to sleep at an earlier hour has got off to a rather wobbly start.
Our strategy yesterday was to listen to a talking book. When Ulrika came into the bedroom at 21.00, she found me in a deep slumber snoring contentedly like a large walrus.
Our son was wide awake and looking very bored.
