It was an extraordinary experience driving through town yesterday with Ulrika on the way to the new rehabilitation centre. Just to see cars, a canal, people, birds was a revelation to her. Easy to forget that she's been cooped up in a hospital for over three weeks.Here she is in Björkhagen today where she had a half day of freedom to be able to attend the end of term festivities at Kai's school.
Miraculous the progress she's making. She can now walk short distances unaided which was quite unthinkable three days ago.
