Anna-Maria from Zoe's nursery reports that Mary Gautier's Stockholm concert last night was wonderful and very moving.I can well imagine it. Live she has a wonderful ability to combine fine songs with moving and often amusing stories.
Yesterday's concert was particularly emotional as it was a benefit gig. There were many adopted kids in the audience and she herself is also adopted.
Now at least, I have a copy of her fabulous new album The Foundling.
Cousin Ron introduced her to me and I converted Anna-Maria. The roots grapevine works rather well!
What did I do last night? Sat and watched episodes of Transformers Animated with Kai which was actually more fun than it sounds.
